Warfare 2014 At Reading

Well what can I say…

Four of us went along to the show to run a demonstration game of Hail Caesar over both days.

We had a 12″ by 6″ table to use so we decided on a Roman Civil war game using pretty much all of our combined troops.

Here are some of the pictures from the event.

Bearing in mind that there are a couple of prizes given out at the show for the best displayed games, we are glad to announce that we kept up the SAD Wargamers fine tradition. And didn’t win anything!

Now as for next year…………………………………..

  1. It was an excellent weekend at a great venue. We had some 1500 figures (all 28mm) fighting it out. It was a Roman Civil War battle from 69AD ‘The Year of the Four Emperors’. We fought the two battles of Cremona (-ish) over the two days.

We met a lot of people and hopefully a few new future club members.
